1. Joining and Payment Terms

• Starter Pack (₹3,900): Includes initial products + Electric Scooty booking amount

• Full Franchise (₹50,700): MRP value products + Instant scooty delivery

• Payment Methods: UPI/Bank Transfer only (screenshot required for confirmation)

• No Refunds on products once delivered (100% resale value at MRP guaranteed)

2. Products and Quality Assurance

• Products: Maharech Oil, Madurech Powder, Nutrahim Tablets – 100% Ayurvedic certified

• Pricing: Fixed MRP rates for distributors – no price undercutting permitted

• Shelf Life: 18 months from manufacturing date

• Storage: Keep in cool, dry place. Distributor responsible for product condition

3. Sales Targets and Scooty Rewards

Proof Required: Sales bills, customer WhatsApp screenshots, or bank statements.

4. Commission and Payout Structure

• Weekly Payouts: Every Monday via bank transfer

• Commission Rates: Product-specific (shared in WhatsApp group)

• GST: 12% applicable (included in listed prices)

• Minimum Payout: ₹1,000 (unpaid amounts carry forward)

5. Distributor Obligations (Mandatory)

• No False Claims: Do not claim “cancer cure” or medical guarantees

• Doctor Marketing: Share only genuine product benefits

• No Pyramid Scheme Talk: Focus on product sales, not recruitment

• Branding: Use only official product images and marketing materials

6. Termination Policy

• Voluntary Exit: 30 days written notice. Unsold products bought back at MRP

• Company Termination: Immediate for false claims, illegal selling, or policy violation

• Post-Termination: No commissions on cancelled sales

7. Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes subject to Rudrapur jurisdiction only

• Governing Law: Indian Contract Act 1872

• Dispute Resolution: Consumer Court or Mediation
